Inclement Weather Policy

Safety comes first! If classes need to be cancelled due to severe weather, road conditions, or building closures, an email will be sent out at least 2 hours before class time. We’ll also post updates on our official social media channels.

Whenever possible, a makeup class or extension will be scheduled so nobody misses out on studio time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Before the Term Starts: Full refunds are available up until one week before the first class (October 7).

  • After October 7: Because space and materials are strictly reserved in advance, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or transfers once we are within one week of the start date or after classes have begun.

  • Single Class Absences: As noted in our FAQs, missing an individual session (except Weeks 8 & 9) won't crush your project, but we cannot issue partial refunds or individual makeups for missed regular classes.

Terms & Conditions

By registering for a class or workshop, you agree to the following terms:

  • Safety & Behavior: We aim to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Students are expected to treat the studio, materials, and fellow creators with respect.

  • Liability Waiver: While every safety precaution is taken during hands-on art making, participants assume normal risks associated with using art tools and materials.

  • Photo Release: From time to time, we take photos or quick videos during class for social media and website updates. If you prefer that you or your child NOT be photographed, simply let us know before the first class!

  • Pickup & Drop-off: Parents/guardians agree to drop off and pick up students promptly at their scheduled class times to respect shared studio space.

  • Policy Agreement: Registration confirms your agreement to our Cancellation, Refund, and Inclement Weather policies.
